IQNA – A Lebanese politician and former member of parliament referred to the Daesh (ISIL or ISIS) terrorist group as one of the branches of the Israeli spy agency Mossad.

Lebanese politician Hassan Yaqub

In reaction to terrorist attacks that killed dozens of people in Iran’s southern city of Kerman, Hassan Yaqub said the project of Takfiri terrorism is by and large developed by the Zionists.

Deash has claimed responsibility for two explosions that killed at least 89 people and wounded scores at a memorial for Iranian top anti-terror commander Lt. General Qassem Soleimani in Kerman on Wednesday.

In a statement posted on its affiliate Telegram channels, the terror group said two of its members had detonated their explosive belts in the crowd which had gathered at a cemetery for the anniversary of the US assassination of Gen. Soleimani.

Iranians held mass protests after weekly prayers across the nation on Friday, when funerals were held for the victims.
